BEFORE

The Challenge

Led by Nicole Faid, who brings over 25 years of conveyancing experience, Accord Conveyancing has operated as a business for over 17 years – built on a strong reputation and a client base sustained almost entirely through referrals.

The existing website wasn’t reflecting that experience. Outdated design, confusing navigation, and unclear messaging buried what Accord actually offered, while calls to action were invisible and gave visitors no clear next step. The backend ran on ecommerce functionality designed for online stores – unnecessary complexity for a service-based practice.

Nicole had already been through two redesigns with a previous agency without meaningful results, and was understandably hesitant to invest in a third.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the site on a leaner platform suited to a service-based business, removing the e-commerce complexity that served no purpose for a conveyancing practice. The focus was on clarity – simplified navigation, clearer messaging, and an obvious next step on every page.

Alongside the redesign, we implemented SEO foundations based on keyword and competitor research specific to conveyancing, targeting the suburbs and search terms Accord’s clients actually use. Page speed was optimised throughout, ensuring the new site performed as well as it looked.

The project was delivered in 7 weeks, with the new site launching in December – live and performing ahead of the new year period when property settlements typically pick up.

Year reputation, now reflected

A site that finally communicates the expertise behind the business.

  • “Since launching the new site, enquiries are up significantly and we’ve had to bring on extra help just to keep up. Dean understood exactly what conveyancing clients need to see to feel confident reaching out – after two previous redesigns that didn’t move the needle, this finally feels like a website that works as hard as we do.”
